FemOne's BIOPRO Division Expands Sales Force Into the Philippines

CARLSBAD, Calif., Sept. 1 - BIOPRO Technology, a division of FemOne, Inc., a publicly held Nevada Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: FEMO), announced today that it plans to open for business in the Philippines with an office and distribution center in Pasig City. Mr. Juan Rodulfa has been appointed Managing Director and will oversee all sales and operations.

FemOne Canada Reports 58 Percent Sales Increase

Steven Page, President of FemOne Canada, announced that the introduction of FemOne's new division -- BioPro Technologies -- added considerable momentum over the past month. "Our new BioPro Technologies' division and its first product -- the EMF-harmonization technology used in our BIOTRON Cell-Phone Chip have really created a buzz around here. FemOne Announces Its Name Change to ACTIS Global Ventures, Inc.; Company Receives New Ticker Symbol

CARLSBAD, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FemOne, Inc., a publicly held Nevada Corporation , announced today a name change to ACTIS Global Ventures, Inc. and effective Monday, July 10, 2006, its common stock will trade under the stock symbol "AGLV" on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).

Commenting on the name change, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Ray W. Grimm, Jr., stated: "We are happy to announce our name change from FemOne to ACTIS Global Ventures.
