Isagenix Wins Award for Wellness App

Press Release | 6/19/2019

GILBERT, Ariz., June 18, 2019 -- Isagenix International has received a top industry honor for its IsaLife mobile app, launched last year to help engage and retain customers and independent distributors. The Direct Selling Association recognized the global health and wellness company with one of its 2019 DSA Awards. Isagenix won in the Innovation in Mobile Technology category.

Launched in February 2018, the free IsaLife app offers several benefits:

- Independent distributors can help new customers enroll anytime, anywhere.

- An intuitive ordering interface simplifies the ordering process, driving more purchases and increasing long-term engagement with users.

- The app coaches customers through their product experience and helps them track progress so they can reach their wellness goals.

IsaLife quickly proved popular. In its first 24 hours of release, it exceeded projected downloads by nearly 10,000, and there were tens of thousands of downloads in its first week. From its launch through May 2019, there have been 399,615 downloads, 10.3 million sessions, and 107.6 million screen views.

The app has also proved a success in terms of retaining new members, who are customers that pay an annual membership fee to save 25% off the retail price of products. Customer retention is 29% higher in month two and 31% higher in month three for new members who use the app than for new members who don't.

"We're honored to receive DSA's award for Innovation in Mobile Technology, as we invested considerable time, thought, and care into creating an app that offers an exceptional digital experience for our valued customers and independent distributors," said Isagenix Chief Information Officer Jon Robinson. "IsaLife's impressive functionality and features make it easy for distributors to enroll new customers and for customers to discover and order products as well as connect with each other to receive encouragement and support. IsaLife is a significant milestone in our company's digital evolution."

Isagenix Legacy Foundation Raises Over 2 Million Dollars in 24 Hours

Press Release | 8/26/2018

GILBERT, Ariz., Aug. 9, 2018 -- Thanks to the generosity of Isagenix International Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover and the company's independent distributors, customers, and employees, the newly established Isagenix Legacy Foundation raised $2.3 million during its first 24 hours of fundraising, exceeding the $2 million goal. 100 percent of the donations will fund grants to nonprofit organizations that further the Foundation's mission to provide healthy nutrition for underserved children, wellness education for all, and aid for those affected by natural disasters.

"Jim and I are so moved by how the Isagenix family has embraced the Foundation," said Kathy Coover, Isagenix co-founder and executive vice president. "Our company and those connected to it have a long history of contribution, so we knew we would see a positive response, but people have truly gone above and beyond. Together, we will demonstrate the power of collective impact to leave an enduring legacy in communities around the world."

That collective impact was clearly demonstrated during the Foundation's Aug. 6 launch at the Isagenix Global Celebration 2018 event in Nashville, Tennessee. While onstage, the Coovers pledged to match every dollar raised for the Foundation during the first 24 hours of fundraising, up to $1 million. Due to the impressive response, the Coovers are donating $1 million.

"Kathy and I are honored to make this donation to the Isagenix Legacy Foundation," said Jim Coover, Isagenix co-founder and chairman of the Isagenix Board. "We've always been passionate about giving back, and as our business grew, so did our desire to strategically expand the company's charitable efforts. The Foundation will allow Isagenix to partner with multiple nonprofit organizations who can help us ensure children have proper nutrition, people are educated and empowered to live a healthy life, and families can recover from natural disasters."

Nonprofits that wish to partner with the Isagenix Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, can apply for grants starting in the fourth quarter. The first grants will be awarded at the company's New Year Kick Off 2019 event in January in Phoenix, Arizona. To ensure donations and the resulting grants have maximum impact, Isagenix is covering all administrative costs of the Foundation.

The Isagenix Legacy Foundation is the latest example of how Isagenix embodies its core value of contribution. In 2017 alone, the company contributed $6.4 million in monetary and product donations to charitable and disaster relief organizations around the world. Since 2012, Isagenix and its customers, independent distributors, and employees have raised nearly $10 million in 12 countries for Make-A-Wish®, helping the nonprofit grant over 938 wishes.

Isagenix Introduces Product B

Press Release | 10/26/2011

October 26, 2011 Los Angeles, Ca -- From the pages of magazines to television shows and commercials, it seems everyone is concerned with maintaining their youthful appearance and energy. While some people turn to injections and selective surgeries to achieve this, others focus more on exercise and vitamins.

Scientists have found the ticking biological “clock” that offers clues on aging and longevity: telomeres. The DNA sequence that appears at the end of each chromosome has been proven to significantly affect a person’s youthful health and vibrancy. With this new evidence, more people are searching for ways to take care of their telomeres.

On the heels of this scientific breakthrough, Isagenix has developed Product B, a new supplement that offers advanced telomere support and helps keep a person young on a cellular level. Product B contains a full spectrum of natural bioactive antioxidants to help protect against harmful free radicals that can accelerate aging and contribute to poor health. It also helps maintain harmonious function of a person’s cells and targets the sources of aging, such as oxidative stress.

Everyone would like to age gracefully, and maybe even completely avoid some of the side effects that come along with the process. When a person ages, their telomeres become frayed and shortened, which causes not only hearing and memory loss, but also the physical effects of becoming less youthful and vibrant. Isagenix Product B has been scientifically researched to prove it helps repair and sustain a person’s telomeres.

According to Dr. William Andrews, one of the first scientists to link the role of telomere length with cellular health, he believes Product B is a revolutionary new supplement.

“I’ve been working with Isagenix Founder and Master Formulator John Anderson for nearly a year to help identify natural, non-drug substances that can help provide incremental support to our telomeres,” said Dr. Andrews. “Product B and the Isagenix Pillars of Health are the breakthrough support we’ve been looking for.”

The anti-aging results a person can see with Product B are magnified when combined with the Isagenix diet. The diet is a combination of eating healthy, exercising and utilizing the system’s Cleanse for Life®, IsaLean® Shake, Ionix® Supreme and Ageless Essentials™ Daily Pack. With an outpouring of positive Isagenix reviews, this plan proves that with the right tools, people can reach their desired weight and regain their youthful energy and vivacity.

Npros.com | 5/5/2009

As the summer months approach, Isagenix®, the World Leader in Nutritional Cleansing™, reminds individuals of the importance of cleansing the body and maintaining one’s weight as part of a long-term wellness regimen.

Nutritional Cleansing is the process of removing environmental impurities that can clog and damage cells. While there are many cleansing approaches, Isagenix is unique in that its systems replenish the body with vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Nutritional Cleansing, in conjunction with exercise and a low-calorie diet, can also assist in weight loss.

“We are exposed to an overabundance of impurities during our daily routine, such as pollution, fatty foods, pesticides and heavy metals,” commented Isagenix Chief Science Officer Dr. William Wheeler. “When the body has too many impurities, its ability to eliminate them is weakened. You then can store the extra waste in fat cells leading to weight gain. Nutritional Cleansing can be a safe and effective way to recapture your health, vitality and waistline.”
